We are pleased to announce that Alex Jones will serve as participating faculty for MCLE’s Identifying & Proving When 50/50 Isn’t Fair Workshop 2026.

While many divorce matters resolve with an equal division of assets, there are circumstances where a 50/50 split may not be the appropriate result. This program will examine when a disparate division may be warranted, what factors courts consider, and how family law practitioners can effectively advocate for an outcome that is equitable, even when it is not equal.
