Hayley has developed a broad range of legal experience, with a focus on private investment funds, securities fraud, and white-collar investigations. Prior to joining Brick, Jones, McBrien & Hickey, Hayley worked as an associate in the Private Investment Funds group at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she advised clients on fund formation and regulatory compliance. While at Proskauer, Hayley worked on pro bono matters representing students in educational disputes within the Massachusetts school district. Before law school, Hayley served as a paralegal at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where she focused on securities fraud, asset forfeiture, and money laundering. She also worked at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Prosecutions Unit.
Guided by a strong commitment to client advocacy and a desire to work more directly with individuals and families, Hayley is excited to transition into family law, providing thoughtful and compassionate representation to clients navigating sensitive personal matters.
