Kristan Martin is a highly experienced legal assistant with more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. She earned her Paralegal Certificate at Northeastern University in 2007. Prior to joining Brick Jones McBrien and Hickey, she has worked at various law firms throughout the greater Boston area, specializing in family law, labor and employment law, as well as civil and business litigation.

In her role as legal assistant, Kristan’s responsibilities include assisting attorneys with file management, maintaining open and effective lines of communications with clients, conducting conflict checks, and facilitating the utilization and efficiency of the firm’s case management system.
