Sally Penney joined Brick, Jones, McBrien & Hickey in January 2025. She has been a Firm Administrator to boutique law firms since 2008, first at an immigration firm and more recently at a renewable energy firm in the Boston area.

Sally is responsible for all administrative aspects of the firm’s operations, including finance and billing, human resources, facilities, and vendor management and relations.

Sally earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Russian Language & Literature from Boston University.  She is an active member of the Boston Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, currently serving as the Board’s Secretary and previously serving as Chair of the Member Recruitment & Relations Committee.
